At St Marks Road, we offer a very flexible service from 8am to 6pm and early drops from 7:30am are available on request. Staff will work with you to create a session plan that works for your family.

Our highly qualified team offer children aged 0-14 years a fun and stimulating experience that supports them to build the skills they need for the next stage of their early learning.

The setting was purpose built in 2006 and has high quality indoor and outdoor play areas. Resources align with the Early Years Foundation Stage and the team use these resources effectively to create amazing learning experiences.

Baby Unit

Out of Schools

Breakfast: After school club with drop off and collection from Derwent, Roe Farm, Breadshall Hilltop and Beaufort Primary School.

Holiday club

Available each school holiday.

Places are available for parents and carers working full time or part time or for childcare on top of any funded sessions.

St Marks Road delivers free 15 hour childcare, (Flexible Early Education Entitlement) for eligible children aged 2 years old. Universal funding for all 3 & 4 year olds the term after their third birthday and extended entitlement for working parents of 30 hours per week, and for all children aged 3-5. 2 x 6 hour sessions plus 1 x 3 hour session

For many families, returning to work or from maternity leave means a big change to family life, our team are experienced in what this means for you both emotionally and financially. During the first few weeks as you and your child adapt to your new routine, we will ensure communication is exchanged more regularly which may include photographs of your child playing happily with their peers. If you are applying for working tax credit, this quite often takes a little while to sort, we will work with you to provide information and support with flexibility of payments whilst everything is sorted.
