All of our Derby settings are subject to Ofsted reports and early years’ providers will normally have their settings inspected at least once every six years. In our most recent inspections, we have been marked as ‘Good’, the second highest rating an Ofsted nursery report can give.
In all of the Ofsted nursery reports provided for our Derby settings, inspectors have been thoroughly impressed by the quality of our highly-trained staff and their teaching, and in the progress and behaviour of all of the children in our care. “Staff use their experience and qualifications well to develop effective ways to support children who are learning English as an additional language.”
“Staff are enthusiastic in their interaction with children. They demonstrate that they enjoy spending time playing with, and teaching, the children.”

Grade: Good 18/06/2019
“Staff welcome children into the nursery and take an interest in how they are. They are kind and attentive to the children’s needs and support their emotional development well.”
“Children’s behaviour is good, they play together harmoniously and are polite and kind to others.”
“Children make good progress from their starting points. They are well prepared for the next stage in their learning and development, including the move on to school.”
